A Cool Birthday!
We were invited to our neighbor's birthday party today. The fire department was also invited! They were great! Ty found the real truck to be "loud" and "scary" so he found a toy firetruck to play with instead. Kate loved hearing about all the equipment used to fight fires and keep us safe. It was a great party!
Happy birthday to a sweet boy who made his birthday wish out loud, "I wish everyone could just stay here but I know they can't".

What a great firehouse that would do that for the kids!!! :) What a fun time, love Kate in the fire hat!
I heard the firetruck outside and started looking for change! I went outside, change in hand, and saw the kids and parents gathered around the firetruck. Then I realized it must be a birthday party. Instead, I put the change in the collection plate at church.
